Hazardous Waste
Is the system for disposal of hazardous waste which processing through the stabilization system to neutralize the acidic or alkali property by using chemical method before depositing in the secured landfill.
Waste Containing Mercury
Is the system for disposal of waste containing mercury by the solidification system which mixing with cement in order for enwrap the waste to prevent dissolution before depositing in the secured landfill.
Stabilization Process
Two types of waste which passed the laboratory analysis for further treatments are:
1. Hazardous solid/ sludge waste shall be disposed to the stabilization system and solidification system before dispose to the secured landfill system.
2. Non-hazardous solid/sludge waste shall be disposed to the secured landfill system.
